BEGINNER SUP COURSE
1 HOUR LESSON
This course is the perfect opportunity for anyone to have a go at this fast-growing sport. The 1 hour course which includes changing and an onshore briefing (to maximise time we therefore suggest arriving 10 minutes before to change).
You will learn the essential skills of paddleboarding, insider tips from your instructor and increase your confidence in the sport so you can venture out on your own after the lesson safely.
Sessions run daily during the season and timings are dependent on the tide and wind conditions.

NOTE: With COVID we currently can only run sessions with 2 households and a maximum of 6 people. We also cannot provide wetsuits and wish you follow the guidelines we have set in place and are told by our staff. Please call if you wish for more details or updates.
